We at Savannah Parks, are committed to reviving
timeless, traditional architecture. Our goal is
to capture the sentimental charm of early
American communities, where picturesque streets
and carefully detailed homes were a standard. We
envision that every home in Savannah Parks will
be appreciated for its architectural integrity
and aesthetic appeal.
Savannah Parks is in a
very beautiful setting with mature trees and a
rural feel, yet it is only blocks from the heart
of downtown Deerfield. Right across the street
from an elementary school, this charming
neighborhood abuts the Glacial Drumlin State
Trail that goes from Cottage Grove to Waukesha.
The Tierney’s work diligently to design
communities in harmony with the landscape,
highlighting the natural amenities. Don and
Joanne Tierney are excited to work in this
community in southeast Dane County. Savannah
Parks is located in the Four Lakes area. This
region has many opportunities for natural
recreation, from bicycling to kayaking, and
provides convenient access to Milwaukee as well
as Madison’s east or west sides.
Savannah Parks has
timeless amenities incorporated into its
design. For example, the seating wall
surrounding the park (provides a convenient
resting place for parents to visit while keeping
an eye on the little ones) is constructed with
beautiful brick and stone that complement the
pillars to the entrance of the park. The first
phase of Savannah Parks includes
state-of-the-art play equipment, a pavilion, an
extensive walking trail system, a
basketball/tennis/pickle ball court and a
sprinkler park. The beautiful trees and rain
gardens add to the beauty of the natural
aesthetics in this neighborhood.
The Madison Area Builders
Association has selected Savannah Parks to host
the Parade of HomesTM
June 12 – 27, 2010. MABA builders
that will be participating in this event include
Deerfield’s own Farnsworth Builders, Inc., RJH
Builders, LLC, Sanoy Roofing & Construction, LLC
and Schmitt Building & Design, Inc. as well as
Northpointe Construction, Inc. of DeForest. The
Parade of HomesTM is an annual event in the Dane
County area for builders to showcase the newest
innovations and advances in the building
industry.
